Local Transport: Services up and down the valley are operated
by bus and train, with some of the trains being pulled by
steam locomotives. Bus services run into the other valleys,
and cable cars give access to the higher ground. The cost
of local transport is not included in the price of your holiday;
please allow SFr60 (approx. £30) per week in local
currency.
Snow-shoe hire: allow SFr20 (approx £8) per day payable locally
