In order to provide the best service that we can we collect certain personal information about you, this is done via a number of methods. When you register with HF Holidays and inform us of the activities you are interested in and give other personal information, we will store your e-mail together with any other information, which you may provide.

When you order a brochure we need to know your name and address in order to send it to you. Unless you advise us otherwise we will add you to our mailing list and send you a copy of our brochure each year, along with other information relating to HF holidays.

When you book a holiday we need to know your name, address, credit or debit card number and expiry or issue date. This allows us to process your booking and send you your holiday details. We also ask for your telephone number and e-mail address in case we need to contact you urgently if there is a problem. When you book a holiday you use our secure server to forward us your details. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.

HF Holidays are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell, trade, rent, exchange or distribute in anyway your personal details. We have an opt-in e-newsletter. We do not send unsolicited e-mails.

As required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information, which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.
