The Alexander Technique teaches balance, support,
co-ordination, and how to move, sit, lie or stand with
the minimum of strain on your body. Demonstrations
and instruction in the morning is followed by a free
afternoon. Evenings mix further instruction with
opportunities to socialise.

in an afternoon. |

| Yoga, Molyvos (Greece) |

7 days of yoga, sun and relaxation. You will be staying at the Sun Rise Hotel, nestled on a hillside in a beautiful peaceful location, 2km from the bustle of Molyvos town. Newly renovated the hotel has 75 en-suite rooms and facilities include a gym, sauna and spa pool, with excellent terraces so really relax through the day.
A typical day begins with sunrise yoga, in the grounds of the Hotel on a daily basis, followed breakfast in the hotel. A further yoga class with Joan is followed by free time to enjoy the pool, gym or a walk around the local area. On an evening you can enjoy a relaxing meal at the hotel with the HF classic walking group. On one afternoon a yoga workshop is included. On the other afternoons there are options to take local excursions, visit the hot springs to really take advantage of this perfect base.
