Itinerary |

Days 1-2: Arrive in Quito (2 nights)
and discover the restored old town. |

Days 3-4: Travel to Otavalo (2 nights), stopping at the Equator line, for walks taken around the huge craters at the foot of the Cotocachi volcano. |
Day 5: Walk to Peguche waterfall before travelling back over the Equator to Quito (1 night).
Days 6-7: Take the Chiva Express train to Cotopaxi National Park (2 nights) and walk around the emerald green Quilotoa Crater Lake.
Days 8-9: Continue south towards Chimborazo, Ecuador’s highest peak. Stay in Riobamba (2 nights) and walk amidst dramatic peaks and stark Andean scenery.
Day 10: Rejoin the Chiva Express on one of the world’s great railway journeys through the Devil’s Nose Canyon to the Cuneca (2 nights).
Day 11: Explore Cuenca and the Andean forest in the Cajas National Park.
Day 12: Fly to Quito (1 night) and visit the Antisana reserve and volcano.
Day 13: Flight home.
Day 14: Arrive UK.
