On these holidays there is a choice of two guided walks of varying difficulty each day.
ITINERARY
Day 1: arrival day |
|
Day 2: ascend from Baška Voda to the traditional
stone-built village of Bast, and from here follow a
panoramic route along the base of the Biokovo
mountains to the popular resort town of Makarska.
Day 3: take a boat trip to the enchanting island of
Brač where we can enjoy walks through beautiful
unspoilt scenery to sleepy fishing villages, seemingly
untouched for generations.
Day 4: admire the stunning views of the Dalmatian
coast as we follow a balcony path to the botanic
gardens at Kotišina, or venture higher into the amazing
limestone landscape of the Biokovo Natural Park.
Day 5: free day - perhaps take an excursion to the
fascinating medieval cities of Split and Trogir, or take
a relaxing boat trip along this splendid stretch of
coastline or visit the spectacular waterfalls of the Krka
National Park.
Day 6: starting from a remote hilltop village, descend
through fields and terraces into the narrow limestone
canyon of the Cetina Gorge, and then complete the
journey by boat to the coastal town of Omiš.
Day 7: enjoy circular walks from Baška Voda ascending
the aromatic hills above the town before returning via
neighbouring Brela and the beach promenade.

Each year we listen carefully to the views of our guests and make improvements to our walking programmes. Further information will be sent to you prior to your holiday; however the final selection of walks will be made by your walking leaders. Local transport to and from walks
Local transport is not included in the cost of your holiday.
Please allow 500 Kunas (approx £45) per week for
transport during the week, excluding your free day. Payable
locally.
